Description of Organizational Behavior Diploma
The Vertex Academy offers an organizational conduct diploma to help all participants learn all about this.
It also includes a study of five important main themes, each of which includes several other sub-themes to be identified and explained during the study period.
The main topics of the diploma are the following:

2- Communication and Teams at Work.
3- Leadership and Influence.
4- Organizational Culture and Change.
5- Motivation and Job Satisfaction.
- Team managers and leaders.
- Employees seeking to improve their organizational and communication skills.
- Recent graduates in management and business fields.
- Professionals interested in understanding workplace dynamics within organizations.
Three months at a rate of two to three lectures weekly, with each lecture lasting two to three hours.
Interactive remote (online) training, with studies conducted through interactive lectures online via the Zoom application, or through an asynchronous (recorded) system.
The certifications can be accredited by:
