Refund Policy

Vertex Business School follows a flexible refund policy for fees and expenses:

Refund Within One Week:

Customers can receive a full refund of the amount paid within one week of payment, after deducting a processing fee of a minimum of 7%.
Refund Between One to Three Weeks:

Customers can receive a refund of 75% of the amount paid if they request it within a period from one week up to three weeks, after deducting the processing fee.
No Refund After One Month:

After one month from the payment date, customers are not entitled to any refund of the fees paid.
These terms ensure that the refund process is fair and clear for all parties involved.
