1- The applicant must have 3 to 5 years of experience in talent development. 2- He must have completed 28 hours of professional development in talent development, within the last 3 years. 3- He must have 3 years of experience in the field of talent development, or in other related fields.
Duration of the test: The test lasts for two hours. Number of questions: The test contains 115 questions. Question type: multiple choice.
